Stock gifting is a manual multi-step process. Due to high volumes, it can take up to 21 days for the stock to be transferred to your account.
It may take Zerodha up to 10 days to send you an SMS/Email with a link to approve your stock gift
Click on the link in the message and follow the approval steps on Zerodha
Once approved, sit back and relax. The stock will be transferred to your account within 7 business days
Note that our team may reach out to you in case of any issues regarding your stock redemption request
