Leverage in stock trading allows you to trade with a larger capital than funds available in your demat account. Depending on your broker, you can trade with up to 5x leverage on intraday trades.
Leverage cannot be used for long-term trades.
To use leverage on Investmint, simply add your desired trading amount and proceed to trade with your broker. Ensure that you have at least 20% of funds available in your demat account to successfully place your intraday order.
